Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lakeland

I ended up here after a series of horrible things at an LQ a few hotels down the road. I was greeted kindly and vented everything I was put through at “LQ”. I had a wonderful experience the small time I was there. All 3 women working were extremely helpful and the room was very clean you could actually smell the clean when first opening the door. It was quiet and the bed was super comfy. We had to leave before breakfast but the woman working gave us a few bananas & yogurt. This place goes outta their way to make your stay wonderful. I will only stay here from now on if I’m in town. I already miss the bed! I slept like a baby on the bed. Very impressed w/the service and room. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

Super impressed with this Days Inn location. This is 4 star all the way. Room was a great value and super comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Amenities were over and above. Delicious free coffee and lemon water add to the experience. Allison the manager took great care of us and was super professional and knowledgeable about what to expect from us. She was aces. I’d recommend staying here for all of your events in Florida.

I have only good things to say about my week stay here at Days Inn Lakeland Florida. From the very start the Staff was very warm and inviting. ALLISON, at the front desk greeted me with a smile and a very welcoming demeanor. From there when I got off the elevator MEGAN, (houskeeping) greeted me and asked me if I needed anything to just ask her. After resting a few hours I went back out but was pleasantly surprised by ANA, who took over for Allison for the day. ANA, was one of the sweetest, kindest person I've met in a long time, and such a refreshing take on hotel conversation. The last night I stayed i met SENITA at the front desk who was equally as wonderful and warm. And on my way out Ms VAL thanked me for breaking a bottle of cologne on my bathroom floor lol. Really, ms VAL (houskeeping) was friendly and helped me clean it up with a smile. Overall the hotel lobby smells so good, and plenty of room to lounge, the parking area is safe. Every floor has air freshener and smells wonderful. The rooms are really clean, houskeeping is amazing, the staff is superb. And the owner SAM, is an amazing guy and a great conversationalist. I practically live in wyndham hotels. Over 300 stays a year, but this is by far one of the best and well worth driving 30 minutes from plant city, or even Tampa when I'm back in the area. Ana, the receptionist at the front desk was excellent. She helped me solve an issue I was having with my phone and later in the evening she replaced our TV remote that had stopped working. Her manner with her customers is what you should hope all of your employees do.

Had such a wonderful experience at this hotel. I was in a car accident resulting in me having to stay in Florida for over a week and they took such good care of us. They even invited us to their staff Christmas party so I could get out of the room. Allison went above and beyond making sure we were taken care of. Highly highly recommend.

Ana was super helpful. Thank you again Ana! They run a tight ship here. Don't be late for breakfast. Hotel has good, old 1980s-90s bones. "Outdated" is in the eye of the beholder...clean and reliable is more important.

First off Ana the receptionist made me feel very welcome. She answered all of my questions and was very through in explaining to me the hotel amenities. The entire time she had a big smile that made me feel at ease. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I do want to point out that the paper coffee cups can not hold coffee very long before starting to leak. I appreciate the hospitality and will reserve a room again in the future if in the area.

Great property. Location was perfect for our stay. Hotel was clean and updated. Staff was extremely nice. Asked for a couple extra towels (looking for 2) and was handed 5! Our room had a king bed and a queen bed with lots of space to walk around and feel comfortable. It was nice to have Breakfast available -come and go- yogurt, fruit, toast, oatmeal, eggs, etc.
